font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">On October 23, 2025, at the Gia Lai Provincial Convention Center, an important strategic event in Vietnam\u2013Thailand economic relations \u2014 the Thailand Enterprises Investment Promotion Conference in Gia Lai Province 2025, themed \u201cExplore Gia Lai, Vietnam \u2013 Breakthrough in Trade &amp; Investment\u201d \u2014 officially took place.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"427\" data-end=\"783\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The conference welcomed over 150 distinguished guests, including senior leaders from the Ministry of Finance, Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, People\u2019s Committee of Gia Lai Province, as well as representatives from Becamex Group, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), and the Thai Business Association in Vietnam (TBAS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"1068\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The event served as an important bridge to introduce Gia Lai\u2019s new investment potential and advantages to the Thai business community, especially following the province\u2019s administrative merger, aiming to attract high-quality foreign direct investment (FDI) into the region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1393\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Within the conference framework, Becamex Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for key components of the Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial\u2013Urban\u2013Service Complex, marking a concrete step toward developing industrial infrastructure and a modern ecosystem to serve international investors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1395\" data-end=\"1442\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Four major projects were officially launched:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1997\">\n<li data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1610\">\n<p data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1610\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Becamex VSIP Ready-Built Factory Project (4.2 ha, total investment of over VND 274 billion) to meet the production needs of small and medium-sized enterprises;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1734\">\n<p data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1734\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Worker Housing Project (1.3 ha, total investment of over VND 230 billion) to improve living conditions for workers;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"1838\">\n<p data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1838\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Green Park and Ecological Lake Project (over 8.5 ha) serving as a \u201cgreen lung\u201d for the complex;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1839\" data-end=\"1997\">\n<p data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1997\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Water Pumping Station No. 2 Project (2.7 ha, total investment of over VND 142 billion) to ensure water supply for both production and residential use.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1999\" data-end=\"2146\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mr. Nguyen The Duy, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of Becamex Group, and Chairman of Becamex Binh Dinh JSC, represented the company in signing an MOU with the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI).<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2400\" data-end=\"2884\">\n<li data-start=\"2400\" data-end=\"2681\">\n<p data-start=\"2402\" data-end=\"2681\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Becamex Group and the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI): Building upon their strategic relationship established in 2022, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to supporting and facilitating Thai enterprises in exploring and accessing investment opportunities in Vietnam.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"2884\">\n<p data-start=\"2684\" data-end=\"2884\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh with TBAS and SetiaBecamex JSC: Formed a strategic cooperation partnership to enhance support for Thai and Malaysian investors seeking investment opportunities in Gia Lai.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2886\" data-end=\"3176\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">In addition to investment promotion activities, Becamex Binh Dinh demonstrated its corporate social responsibility by donating VND 500 million to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai Province to support residents in Northern Vietnam affected by floods and storms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3178\" data-end=\"3666\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">In his opening remarks, a representative of the Gia Lai People\u2019s Committee highlighted the strategic significance of the conference. Currently, Thailand is one of Gia Lai\u2019s most stable investment partners, with nine FDI projects totaling over USD 100.5 million, ranking 5th among countries investing in the province. These projects focus on trade, services, processing industries, aquaculture, and logistics, contributing positively to the regional supply chain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3668\" data-end=\"4022\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">However, provincial leaders noted: \u201cCompared to Thailand\u2019s potential \u2014 as one of ASEAN\u2019s leading economies in outward investment \u2014 the cooperation opportunities with Gia Lai remain vast, especially in cross-border logistics, supporting industries, processed agricultural exports, renewable energy, and industrial services linked to industrial zones.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4024\" data-end=\"4275\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Becamex Binh Dinh Industrial Park has been identified as the core nucleus and gateway for high-quality FDI inflows.
