- Regulations on members
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts and for all activities conducted under their registered username and password. If a member detects unauthorized access, misuse, or security violations, they must immediately notify the Platform to coordinate a resolution.
Members are prohibited from using the Platform’s services for illegal activities, including fraud, threats, system sabotage, virus distribution, speculation, market manipulation, creating fake orders, selling counterfeit goods, or any other actions that negatively impact the Platform. Any violations will result in legal liability, and members will be held accountable under applicable laws.
Members must not modify, alter, integrate, copy, distribute, or provide the Platform’s services or related tools to third parties without the prior approval of the Platform Management Board.
Members must not engage in any actions that damage the Platform’s reputation, such as creating conflicts among members, using multiple accounts, acting through third parties, or spreading false or misleading information that could harm the Platform’s image and credibility.
- List of prohibited and restricted items
Members are not allowed to sell products, goods, or services that are prohibited under the list of banned products and services as specified by sector-specific laws and other applicable legal regulations.
Members are not allowed to advertise or promote any products, goods, or services that are prohibited from advertising, as outlined in the list of banned advertisements according to advertising laws and other applicable legal regulations.
Members must fully comply with all conditions and legal requirements when selling or advertising restricted products, goods, or services, as mandated by sector-specific laws and other applicable legal regulations.
- Prohibited advertising activities
Advertisements that lack aesthetics or go against Vietnamese historical, cultural, ethical, or social norms.
Advertisements that insult or damage the reputation, honor, or dignity of individuals or organizations.
Advertisements that use an individual's image, voice, or written content without their consent, except in cases permitted by law.
Advertisements that are false or misleading regarding a business’s operational capacity or ability to provide products and services, including misrepresentations about quantity, quality, price, functionality, design, packaging, branding, origin, type, customer service, or warranty period of registered or publicly announced products and services
Advertisements that directly compare the price, quality, or effectiveness of one’s own products or services with those of competito
Advertisements that involve unfair competition, as defined by competition laws.
Advertisements that violate intellectual property laws.
- Regulations on reviewing and approving content
After the Seller submits product information, purchase requests, or other content to the system, the Platform Management Board will verify it against posting regulations and the list of prohibited or restricted products. Any content that violates these regulations will be rejected and not published on the Website.
The Platform is responsible for reviewing and approving product and service information posted by Sellers. It will decline to list any products or services that are prohibited, restricted, or do not comply with the Platform’s requirements and legal regulations.
The Platform will proactively reach out to members to confirm the accuracy of information upon receiving a report or complaint. If any violations are identified or if a member’s product or service description is deemed misleading or non-compliant with the Platform’s regulations, the Platform Management Board will take corrective action by removing the offending content and issuing a formal warning to the member.
The Platform reserves the full right to retain or remove any posted content on the website without prior notice if the listing does not align with the designated category guidelines or violates this Operational Regulation.
- Posting regulations
All information posted on the Platform must be accurate, truthful, and clearly presented, with images that faithfully represent the actual products or services.
The Platform Management Board reserves the right to reject any product or service listings containing advertisements that violate this Operational Regulation or applicable legal laws.
Members using the Platform’s services are prohibited from using offensive language or posting advertisements that promote prohibited activities, goods, or services as defined by the Platform’s policies and applicable legal laws.
All content posted on the Platform is subject to moderation. Any false, inappropriate, or prohibited information will be removed, and a warning email will be sent before further action is taken. Repeated violations may result in the temporary suspension or permanent termination of the member’s account.
The Seller and Buyer are subject to legal accountability for any content they publish on the Platform.
- Coordination with intellectual property rights holders to review and remove infringing products
The Platform upholds and respects intellectual property rights for all individuals and organizations. Therefore, if members identify content that appears to infringe intellectual property rights, they are encouraged to immediately contact the Platform Management Board via email at […].
Upon receiving a user report regarding a violation, the Platform will follow up with the user to verify the provided information and supporting evidence of the infringement. Simultaneously, the Platform Management Board will contact the intellectual property rights holder to conduct an independent verification and compare the reported product details with the officially registered intellectual property records.
If the investigation confirms an infringement, the Platform Management Board will immediately remove the infringing content without prior notice to the violating party. Additionally, the account will receive a first warning and be suspended for 15 days. The infringing party will also be responsible for compensating both the Platform and the intellectual property rights holder for any damages incurred due to the violation. If the infringement continues, the account will be permanently banned from the Platform.
- Measures for handling violations
The Platform Management Board reserves the right to take enforcement actions against members who infringe consumer rights, fail to comply with legal regulations, or violate the Operational Regulations. Specific measures include:
- Temporary Suspension: A member’s account will temporarily be suspended in the following cases:
Failure to update or correct non-compliant content after receiving a request from the Platform Management Board.
Engaging in activities that infringe consumer rights on the platform, despite receiving prior warnings from the Platform Management Board.
- Account Termination
Upon request from competent authorities
Repeatedly violating the Operational Regulations after receiving prior warnings and a temporary suspension.
Posting or engaging in activities that violate ethical standards or negatively impact the image, reputation, or credibility of individuals, organizations, or the country.
Violating legal policies and regulations of local authorities, the Party, or the State.
Participating in unauthorized group or self-organizing activities to illegally collect information, sabotage systems, spread computer viruses, or send spam that harms the IT system and disrupts transactions of other members or partners.
- When a member's account is suspended or terminated, all related information and data associated with the member will no longer be displayed on the platform.
