1. Purpose of personal information collection

The primary purpose of collecting personal data on the Trading Platform includes obtaining information such as email, phone number, full name, login password, and customer address. These details are required when customers register as members on the platform to ensure their rights and benefits.

Members are solely responsible for data privacy and managing all activities conducted under their registered name, password, and email address. Additionally, members must promptly notify the Trading Platform application of any unauthorized use, abuse, or security breaches related to their registered name and password by third parties to enable appropriate resolutions.

2. Scope of information use

The collection of personal information is intended to provide services to members, send notifications regarding exchanges of information between members and the Trading Platform, prevent unauthorized access, fraud, or destruction of members' accounts, facilitate communication and resolution of issues with members in exceptional cases and ensure that personal information is used solely for verification and contact purposes related to transactions on the platform, and not for any other purposes.

In cases where disclosure is required by law and legal system, the Trading Platform Management Board is obligated to cooperate and provide personal information of members upon request from judicial authorities, including the Procuracy, courts, and investigative police agencies, in connection with any legal violations committed by the customer. Aside from such legal requirements, no entity has the right to access or infringe upon the personal information of members.

3. Personal information retention

The personal data of members will be stored until a request for deletion is submitted or the member voluntarily logs into their account to delete the information. In all other cases, members' personal information will be securely retained on the Trading Platform’s server to ensure data protection and confidentiality.

5. Verification and modification of personal information

Members have the right to review, update, modify, or delete their personal information by logging into their accounts and making the necessary changes themselves or by requesting the Platform Management Board to carry out such modifications. Platform Management Board will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis and implement the necessary actions in accordance with the platform’s prevailing policies, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations while protecting the rights of members.

Members also have the right to submit complaints regarding the unauthorized disclosure of their personal information to third parties. Upon receiving such complaints, the Platform Management Board will verify the issue, provide an explanation for the situation, and guide members on how to restore and secure their information effectively.

6. Commitment to customer information privacy and security

The Platform Management Board is committed to absolute confidentiality of members' personal information in compliance with the platform’s Personal Information Protection Policy. No individual or entity is permitted to access, use, or infringe upon members' personal data without proper authorization. The collection and use of personal information shall only be conducted with the explicit consent of the member, except in cases where legal regulations require otherwise.

The Platform Management Board ensures that members' personal information will not be used, transferred, provided, or disclosed to any third party without the prior consent and authorization of the member.

In the event of a cyberattack or unauthorized access to the platform’s servers, resulting in a data breach or loss of personal information, the Platform Management Board shall immediately notify the relevant authorities for investigation and resolution, while also informing affected members in a timely manner.

The Platform Management Board reserves the right to amend and update this Privacy Policy as necessary. All modifications and updates will be published on the platform’s official website. Continued use of the platform’s services after the updated Privacy Policy takes effect shall constitute the member's acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised terms.
