Transaction security

Members of the Platform must provide complete and accurate information, including personal details (for individuals) or legal status (for organizations). All provided information will be kept confidential by the Platform Management Board and will not be disclosed without the member’s consent, except when required by government authorities.

All Sellers on the Platform are verified by the Platform Management Board to ensure transparency and credibility. The Platform Management Board is responsible for reviewing and updating content on the Website to maintain accuracy and diversity. Sellers must ensure that all product and service information is accurate and not misleading. Any violations of the Platform’s regulations may result in immediate content removal without prior notice.

Members must not share payment information via email or unsecured communication channels. The Platform Management Board is not responsible for any losses or risks arising from members voluntarily sharing their payment details with third parties.

Any attempts to interfere with, sabotage, or alter the system’s data structure are strictly prohibited. Actions such as spreading, transmitting, or compromising the Platform’s system will be strictly enforced according to the Platform’s regulations and applicable laws.

Sellers must address Buyer complaints regarding discrepancies between listed and actual product/service details. If a resolution is not reached, the Buyer may escalate the issue through the Platform for further action against the Seller, manufacturer, or distributor.

All transaction details between Sellers and Buyers are confidential and conducted based on mutual agreement, except in cases where disclosure is legally required by government authorities. The Platform Management Board strongly recommends that members carefully verify their partners and products before signing a purchase contract. Both Sellers and Buyers must provide transaction details upon request from authorities.
