Definitions

  1. The WTC E-commerce Platform refers to a web-based electronic platform with the domain name WTCConnect.net. It enables users to post free listings, providing an environment where members can participate in part or all the buying and selling process for goods and services on the Platform.
  2. Sellers or Suppliers (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) are merchants, organizations, or individuals who use the Platform’s services, including posting product listings and showcasing products and services.
  3. Buyers or Customers (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”) are merchants, organizations, or individuals seeking information about companies, products, and services listed on the Platform.
  4. Members are merchants, organizations, or individuals engaged in lawful commercial activities (including both Sellers and Buyers) who have registered as members of the Platform in accordance with this Regulation.
  5. The Platform Management Board refers to WTC Binh Duong One Member Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “WTC Binh Duong”), which is responsible for managing and overseeing activities on the Platform.
  6. Goods and Services traded on the Platform must be legally permitted for introduction, advertisement, and sale in compliance with applicable laws.
