General principles

  1. The Platform is owned and managed by WTC Binh Duong.
  2. These regulations apply to members who register on the Platform and participate in posting product listings.
  3. Merchants, organizations, and individuals engaging in transactions on the Platform have the right to negotiate agreements, provided they uphold the lawful rights and interests of all parties involved in the trade of goods and services. All agreements must be executed through legally binding contracts and remain in full compliance with applicable regulations.
  4. All information related to merchants, organizations, and individuals registered as members on the Platform must be fully transparent and accurate.
  5. Products and services traded on the Platform must fully comply with applicable legal regulations and must not fall into categories prohibited from business operations or advertising under the law.
  6. All transactions involving goods and services on the Platform must be carried out transparently and openly, ensuring the protection of consumer rights.
  7. All provisions of this Regulation must comply with the prevailing legal framework of Vietnam. Members participating in the Platform are responsible for understanding their legal obligations under Vietnamese law and ensuring full compliance with this Regulation
  8. Members of the Platform are required to complete the registration process and provide relevant personal information. This information must be officially verified and approved by the Platform Management Board before they are granted access to the Platform’s services.
