The Platform serves as a business-enabling marketplace, empowering companies to showcase their products and services while fostering industry collaboration and optimizing supply-demand connections among enterprises.
The shipping and delivery process is entirely based on the agreement between the Seller and the Buyer. The Seller must clearly inform the Buyer about available shipping options and costs before finalizing the transaction. Delivery methods may vary, including direct handover, postal services, or third-party logistics providers, depending on the mutual agreement between both parties.
As the Platform does not engage in contractual agreements between Sellers and Buyers, it bears no liability for disputes arising outside its scope. However, within its regulatory capacity, the Platform may facilitate dispute resolution by providing relevant information if issues arise post-transaction.
