- Rights of the Platform Management Board
The Platform Management Board provides services to registered members once they have completed all required procedures and met the necessary conditions set by the Platform. It also reserves the right to verify the information of members selling goods and services on the Platform.
The Board has the authority to reject, suspend, or terminate services if it detects that a member has provided inaccurate or incomplete information, or has engaged in activities that violate legal regulations, ethics, or social norms in Vietnam.
The Board may suspend or delete a member’s account and refuse to provide one or all services on the Platform if the member violates the Platform’s regulations, infringes on consumer rights, engages in fraud, impersonation, market disruption, or any activities that undermine market stability or community harmony. These actions may be taken without prior notice.
The Board has the right to remove any information or images from the website without prior notice if the listed products or services fail to meet the following requirements:
- Lack of clear origin of country or violation of intellectual property rights
- Absence of required government licenses or certifications.
- Incomplete or missing product information.
- Blurry, unclear, or misleading images.
- Inclusion in the list of prohibited goods under government regulations.
The Platform Management Board reserves the right to use all services and content on the Platform in accordance with legal regulations. All trademarks, logos, and multilingual content displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of the Platform. Any unauthorized copying, use, or distribution of these proprietary assets is strictly prohibited.
The Platform Management Board also retains the right to modify this regulation at any time without prior notice to members.
- Obligations of the Platform Management Board
Receiving, guiding, and providing technical support to organizations and individuals who are members of the Platform.
Register and establish the e-commerce website, publicly disclose information about the responsible entity as required by law, and ensure the website operates legally with all necessary certifications and licenses issued in compliance with applicable regulations.
Developing and publishing the term of use of the website, including regular updates and amendments to align with current laws and operational needs.
Ensuring the Platform operates smoothly and resolving technical issues affecting its functionality. The Platform is not liable for damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, fires, or social unrest.
Prevent and remove from the website any listings of goods or services that are prohibited from trading or investment under the law. Additionally, monitor and regulate the posting of goods that are restricted for sale as per legal regulations.
Remove from the website any listings of counterfeit goods, imitation products, smuggled items, or those violating intellectual property rights, as well as any other illegal goods or services upon detection or receipt of verified complaints.
Verify business registration information (for Sellers) and personal information (for Buyers) who participate in selling goods or providing services on the Platform. At the same time, the Platform maintains a database of merchant registration details and personal information of members, ensuring regular updates for any relevant changes or additions.
Ensure the legitimacy of registered accounts and provide necessary information upon request from the authority.
Implement necessary measures to safeguard business confidentiality and protect personal data of merchants and members.
Strictly prohibit the disclosure, transfer, rental, or sale of confidential business information or personal data without the consent of the involved parties, except when required by law or under official requests from authorized government agencies.
Remove listings of illegal products and services within 24 hours upon receiving an official request from regulatory authorities.
Collaborate with intellectual property rights holders to review and remove products that infringe on intellectual property rights, following procedures outlined in the Platform’s Operating Regulations.
Issue warnings or suspend services, either temporarily or permanently, for individuals, merchants, or organizations engaged in illegal business activities. Additional measures may also be applied as stipulated in the Platform’s Operating Regulations.
Regularly update keyword filters based on recommendations from government authorities and screen listings to ensure compliance before products and services appear on the Platform.
Receive and respond to complaints, reports, and disputes between Buyers and Sellers in a timely manner.
Actively support regulatory authorities in investigating and addressing unlawful business activities.
