Rights and obligations of the Buyer

  1. Rights of the Buyer

The Buyer will receive a username and password to access the Platform’s services and conduct transactions with Sellers.

The Buyer will receive assistance from the Platform in finding suppliers, addressing inquiries, and facilitating business connections.

The Buyer has the right to submit feedback and suggestions regarding the Platform’s operations. Any recommendations may be sent via mail, email, or by phone.

The Buyer has the right to file complaints and seek compensation directly from the Seller if there is evidence that the product or service does not match its description on the Platform or violates agreed-upon terms and conditions.

  1. Obligations of the Seller

The Buyer is fully responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password and for all activities conducted under their account. The Buyer must promptly notify the Platform of any unauthorized access, misuse, or security breaches to allow both parties to coordinate and resolve the issue.

The Buyer guarantees that all information provided to the Platform is accurate and is solely responsible for researching and evaluating Sellers on the Platform before making a purchase decision.

The Buyer agrees not to use the Platform’s services for illegal purposes, including fraud, information probing, system sabotage, virus spread, or any activities that could harm the Platform’s system, configuration, or data transmission. Any violations will hold the Buyer legally accountable.

The Buyer is prohibited from creating multiple accounts to place orders or engage in any activities that violate the Platform’s regulations.

The Buyer must not extract or collect any information related to other users' accounts, including but not limited to personal data or any sensitive information.

The Buyer is responsible for making payments for orders in accordance with the agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.
