Obligations in case of technical errors

  2. When conducting transactions on the Platform, members are required to strictly follow the regulations, procedures, and guidelines provided.
  3. The Platform Management Board is committed to delivering the highest quality service to all members engaging in activities on the Platform.
  4. In the event of technical errors, software issues, or other objective malfunctions that prevent members from participating in activities on the Platform, members should notify the Platform Management Board via email at [email address]. The Platform Management Board will address the issue as soon as possible to ensure smooth participation for members.
  5. The Platform Management Board is not responsible for handling cases where members’ notifications are not received or when errors arise due to technical malfunctions, network transmission issues, software errors, or other problems not caused by the Platform Management Board.
