  1. Order confirmation policy

Order confirmation methods vary based on the Seller's policies and may be conducted via phone, email, or direct messaging. The Seller must proactively contact the Buyer to verify all order details, including payment method, shipping method, and delivery terms. Order confirmation constitutes a direct agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.

  1. Order cancellation policy

The Buyer has the right to cancel an order if the product does not match the description provided. Cancellations can be made through direct communication, email, or phone. Likewise, if the Buyer does not complete payment within the agreed timeframe, the Seller has the right to cancel the order and refuse delivery. All cancellations must follow the terms agreed upon by both parties.

To minimize risks, the Buyer and Seller should establish a formal transaction agreement that clearly outlines the terms of order cancellation and each party’s obligations. Any costs incurred or liabilities resulting from a cancellation must be mutually discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
