Process for Buyers

When Buyers wish to purchase products on the Platform, they should follow these steps:

Step 1: Register an Account. Buyers must register as a Buyer account and providing the required information in the registration form.

Step 2: Log into the Account. Buyers log in to their registered account on the Platform.

Step 3: Search for desired products and services. Buyers can use the search bar through the product categories to find the desired products and services.

Step 4: Review products or service details. Buyers can access detailed product and service descriptions provided by Sellers on the Platform. Buyers may also compare similar offerings from different Sellers before making a purchase decision.

Step 5: Make a purchase decision. Based on the information reviewed, if the Buyer decides to proceed with a purchase, they can contact to the Seller by clicking the “quotation request” button. The request will be sent directly to the Seller.

All subsequent transactions are conducted directly between the Buyer and the Seller outside the Platform, based on mutual agreement.
