HOW CAN VIETNAMESE SMALL BUSINESSES SELL TO THE WORLD?
Alibaba.com, in collaboration with VCCI, launches the free Ali-Edu training program to empower Vietnamese SMEs to embrace cross-border e-commerce and expand exports worldwide.
FREE TRAINING FOR ONLINE EXPORT
Starting October 1, B2B e-commerce platform Alibaba.com and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) will host a free online training series called Ali-Edu, designed specifically for Vietnamese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
According to Young Liu, Country Director of Alibaba.com Vietnam, the program offers a step-by-step, 8-module roadmap covering: market analysis, resource preparation, customer acquisition, contract negotiation, logistics, and customs procedures.
Each one-hour online session combines digital tools, market insights, and real-world practices, featuring interactive Q&A with export specialist Dr. Le Sai Gon, helping SMEs to:
-
Understand international market dynamics.
-
Attract high-quality global buyers.
-
Gain confidence in starting their digital export journey.
Hoang Quang Phong, Vice Chairman of VCCI, emphasized that in today’s volatile global trade environment, cross-border e-commerce—especially B2B—offers a highly effective pathway for Vietnamese products to reach international markets. He affirmed that VCCI will continue supporting SMEs in enhancing their global competitiveness.
